3rd Time's a Charm?

Chayse went in this morning for ANOTHER set of tubes. This time we opted for a permanent set that shouldn't come out anytime soon. She is such a pro at this now she went right in, held out her finger so they could get her pulse and oxygen level and didn't even cry ONE TIME! I have gotten pretty good at knowing what it is she likes and doesn't like before and after surgery so I have to say this time was the BEST. We were in and out of there in 3 hours. IMPRESSIVE! We love our little Tilly girl so much that I really hope she can be on the mend from here on out!

Tate

Tate is hysterical, always saying the most funny things. Everyday Drew says to me "You need to write that down" These are some of my favorites:

Tate: Mom will you read me a book?
Me: Yeah, hold on one second while I finish this!
Tate: I'll just read it myself.
Me: Good idea!!
Tate: (after thumbing through the pages) Darn- I don't know how to read.



I started taking the christmas tree down on New Years day and when Tate woke up and came in the front room he said (in his crying voice)

"somebody stoled all the balls off our tree"


Mom- get me some CRAPTIN CRUNCH in my belly RIGHT NOW.

Me:Tate, how was school today?
Tate: Good
Me: What did you do?
Tate: Nothing
Me: Not ONE thing?
Tate: Nope, my brain was broken.


Just this morning I was thinking about Tate and how he was such a MAD baby and cried all the time. I never thought that baby would turn in to this handsome, hysterical, loving little boy!
